Benoit Allaire

President and Associate

A creator and innovator, Benoit has nearly 20 years of experience in communications and marketing. His solid expertise in marketing strategies and communications tools combines with his keen sense of timing and ability to express key messages.

With a degree in marketing, Benoit has an entrepreneurial drive that encouraged him to found his own outdoor clothing company, Paradox, which he took to the top of Everest. He then took a radical turn, joining Bombardier, where he immersed himself in the large corporation experience. He then plunged into the world of technology, surfing the Internet wave hand-in-hand with the largest U.S. clothing retailers. He then jumped into the agency world, acting as VP, Consulting, at Mosaic Design.

This well-travelled path has given him a unique perspective for grasping clients’ realities.

Marie-Josée Allaire

General Manager and Associate

Creative and disciplined, Marie-Josée has over fourteen years of experience in public relations. She has mastered communications in all its facets, including media relations campaigns, event management and product launches.

With degrees in political science and public relations, Marie-Josée acquired her expertise in crisis management and media strategy at the Fur Council of Canada. She then moved into the hotel industry with the Ritz Carlton Hotel, then to retail with Aldo Group International. There, she developed her keen sense of consumers’ motivations and the ability to pinpoint an original angle for exerting the required influence over consumers’ purchasing decisions. With this experience under her belt, Marie-Josée joined one of the biggest PR firms in the world, Edelman Public Relations. As an account manager, corporate and consumer affairs, she handled major campaigns for Québec and Canada as a whole.

A seminar on the white Sauvignon was presented to industry professionals by Bertrand Eichel who was named Quebec’s best sommelier in 2009.
